2015 SARA Western Regional Conference

The Society of Amateur Radio Astronomers (SARA) announces a regional conference will be held at Stanford University in California March 21 and 22, 2015. Deborah Scherrer of the Stanford Solar Center has offered to be our host for this event since SARA and Stanford are collaborating on the SuperSID project.

Dave Westman and Keith Payea are coordinating the conference and are looking for volunteers in the local area to provide assistance. They can be reached by e-mail at westernconference_at_radio-astronomy_dot_org. Papers on radio astronomy hardware, software, education, research strategies, philosophy, observing efforts and methods are welcome. Deadlines for submitting a letter of intent, including a proposed title and informal abstract or outline is 1 February 2015.
