Hi everybody
I'm Pablo Lewin from Glendora CA (LA County) WA6RSV and I'm building the "CHEAP AND EASY HYDROGEN LINE RADIO ASTRONOMY WITH AN RTL-SDR, WIFI PARABOLIC GRID DISH, LNA AND SDRSHARP" I played with the superSID and RadioJove in the past and now I want to receive the hydrogen line signals.
I should get my sdr tomorrow and I'm sure I'll have lots of questions.
Tnx es 73

Your soon to be radio-telescope
Hi Pablo. I've had my system up for a little over a month now and have learned a lot. I decided to go with a 45-element loop yagi, which seems to work quite well. Looking forward to your findings, questions, etc. with the WIFI parabolic grid dish. 73 de Gary / N6PAW
Thanks Gary
Hi Gary
Well I'm setting up this system:
https://www.rtl-sdr.com/cheap-and-easy-hydrogen-line-radio-astronomy-with-a-rtl-sdr-wifi-parabolic-grid-dish-lna-and-sdrsharp/
Followed the instriuctions to the letter to no avail. The IF average will not install, SDRsharp is not detecting the dongle and the dongle itself I had to return because it shorted out...other than that I'm doing great!
